  • Parameter interface
    an interface permitting communication between the end user and the WIRECOM system that helps to define parameters for a partial or the entire number of smartcards installed on the network without the use of a computer. Reference: CF-LCD 2x40.
  • Phase coupler
    a device which ensures communication between all the phases and the neutral wire of a three-phased electrical network.
  • Power Line Communication – PLC (low output)
    means of data transfer through the standard electrical network, which consists of superimposing a signal of higher speed (band varying from 9 to 148,5 kHz) on the 50 Hz supply signal.
  • Pressure Switch
    pressure measuring device in a circuit. The information gathered can be electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical; it is normally binary (exceeding a pre-determined value).
  • Probe
    device which helps to measure from a distance (Examples: ambient sensor, light sensor, etc.)
