In very hot weather, drink a lot of water and draw your curtains and above all close your window shutters. Shutters or external blinds help to protect against very hot weather in the summer months.
Opt for insulated windows (double glass) and check regularly if openings are airtight: you will be able to achieve a saving of between 3 à 5%.
Insulated rooftops or lofts of buildings achieve: 4 to 7% of savings.
Insulated walls: 10 to 15% savings.
