For each project, WIRECOM Technologies is present at different levels to offer the most efficient solution:

  • Research and an assessment of requirements: the execution of a project necessitates the creation of a complete diagnostic of installations and usage.
  • Going along with project manager : empowerment of participants will take place through close collaboration with the head of the project, while assuring the quality of service and the expertise required for each project;
  • Equipments and supervision interface: the combinations of equipment are as diverse as the configurations. The following equipment is generally provided in order to ensure a perfect adaptation to the building:
    • smartcards of regulation,
    • sensors (temperature, lighting, presence, movement, hygrometry, pressure, etc.) and actuators (thermostat) ;
    • interface and communication equipment : PLC communication panels, local control panels, routers, modems, etc.
    • software, operating tools and computer equipment,
    • etc.;
  • Accompanying installer: we provide path for electrical cabling, for each smartcard to be installed;
  • Operation: we systematically start up our installations in order to ensure perfect functioning;
  • Training: installers, technical operators and site managers are trained at the conclusion of the tests and the success of the whole solution;
  • Follow up and assessment: in operational phase, the maintenance contract assures an on the spot intervention or from a distance to achieve preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
