CARI, national company in the field of construction and services which employs over 2 400 salaried staff has entered into a partnership contract of 3 years with WIRECOM Technologies.
Having worked together for its head office the Agora Einstein and the building Écolucioles in Sophia Antipolis (06) in 2006 and 2008, CARI had already been convinced by the solutions of WIRECOM Technologies.
The contract, concluded with the environment as the dominant theme, permits the two companies to work together from the beginning of the project, thus assuring a perfect synergy between the different trades. Expertise and experience are contributing in optimising the energy efficiency of buildings under construction in the 8 regions of activity of CARI : Côte d'Azur – Méditerranée - Var - Sud-Ouest et Languedoc-Roussillon - Île de France - Champagne-Ardenne - Alsace-Lorraine - Rhône-Alpes.

 

Belambra (ex VVF), French leader of holidays villages, with over 60 clubs, employes 3 000 people.

Belambra started to renovate its sites in 2007, and implementing building management systems.

Localized on the beach or up in the Alpes, each site is equipped with different appliances: gaz heating, electric heating, centralized sanitary water system, heated or not swimming pool, etc. The challenge was to propose an efficient and simple solution for each site with an ROI lower than 5 years.

This approach makes WIRECOM Technologies not only the priviledge solution provider but also the personal advisor of Belambra in terms of energy efficiency.

4 clubs have already been equipped: Guidel (56), Batz-sur-mer (44), La Palmyre (17) and Biarritz (64). Analysis and studies are carried on the other clubs taking in consideration each factor: occupancy rate, installation type, energy expenses, etc.

This parneship is based on the customization of each solution one of the trademark of WIRECOM Technologies.

 

The offices of the Colline Saint-Cloud, managed by the COMADIM Company (company of BNP Paribas) are included among the first buildings to be equipped with a BMS. Within the framework of the renovation project launched in 2006, WIRECOM Technologies is committed for a duration of three years to replace the BMS system which dates back to the early 80's. The operation has already begun and consists of substituting the old electro-pneumatic installation with an electronic installation which offers additional decentralised intelligence for the entire installations of production of HVAC (Heating/ Ventilation/ Air Conditioning).
Covering a total area of 176 000 m², the installation of WIRECOM Technologies dealing with the entire means of production has been spread out in three phases over a period of between 5 to 8 months. The operation is therefore accomplished stage by stage ensuring a good progression of the project and a comfortable knowledge of the five buildings which will be equipped.
