Department of Loiret, l’AgglO, the districts, the consular chambers and the companies function in partnership to promote economic development.

 

The objective is to develop the spheres of excellence (computer science/electronics, cosmetics, health/beauty, automobile/mechanics, environment, etc.) of the region by maintaining the diversity of the traditional sectors in a complimentary manner and by preparing the jobs of the future.

 

The AgglO and the Orleans Val de Loire Technopole aim towards developing innovation, research and prospection of companies in France and abroad.

 

The founders of WIRECOM Technologies have been able to develop their concept in the 'breeding ground' of Orleans-la-Source (Technopole of Orleans Val de Loire), after they were awarded Laureate in 2001 in the National contest which helps to create innovative technology driven companies organised by the Ministry of Research and l’ANVAR now renamed OSEO.

 

ADEME and the Région Centre have jointly issued a project bid "Energy Efficiency in Buildings".

 

The objective is to equip the Région Centre with exemplary energy efficient buildings, and to boost their development.

 

Within this framework, WIRECOM Technologies has been awarded on two occasions for the construction of its environment friendly head office as regards to efficiency and for the use of solar energy.

Highly involved in several research and development programs and particularly with the S2E2 cluster, WIRECOM Technologies benefits from inter ministerial financial aid from the Government for its project bids. This aid enables it to always be at the leading edge of technology.
