The terminal devices of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning communicate their needs to the production/distribution units.

Fan-convectors, Varilairs (Spirec), radiators, heating floors, air-conditioners, extractors, etc. the regulation solutions for terminal devices can be combined with our solutions of regulation for equipment used to produce heat or to cool such as heat pumps, boilers or sub-stations. The EcoModules connected to terminal devices ensure many applications such as control of valves, batteries, fans, etc. and the collection of measurements, states and defaults.

Each terminal device is smartly regulated in order to reach the instructions of temperature, ventilation or air quality. In each room, one or several sensors measure(s) the ambiant temperature, the humidity level and/or the air quality. These data allow the EcoModules to communicate their needs to the energy production/distribution devices by PLC and to be provided in energy according to their real needs.

The temperature can be planned from the software interface, which besides enables to follow up the consumption of each terminal device and to get the measurements of the rooms in real time.

The EcoModules adapted to the HVAC devices use the PowerLine Communication (PLC) in order to regulate operating of equipment. Ideal for buildings under renovation, this technology enables customers to avoid heavy works: no wall chasing, no wire between the modules of regulation and the communication gateways.
