Production and distribution of air and water are regulated in order to ensure comfort according to real needs of occupants.
Boilers, air-handling units, heating pumps, the regulation solutions adapt themselves to all types of energy production and distribution units (air, water). It includes the control of main components -valves, pumps, batteries, fans, etc.-, the summer/winter seasons management (change-over) and the collection of measurements, states and defaults. The unique efficiency of data exchange enables to produce/distribute energy according to real needs.
For example, for an air-handling unit: if the great majority of terminal devices need coldness while operating in the "heating" mode, an information is sent by PLC. Then, the operating mode is switched to the "air-conditioning" mode.
In the same way for solar panels: if it is sunny enough, an information is sent to the boiler. Water distributed in the building is heated by the solar panel and the boiler is stopped.
The data about equipment are simply viewable and set from the software interface.
